“We decided to go with the Talentsoft solution as it gives us an overview of our HR data. This in turn will help us highlight the competencies of our employees in France, who are in different positions in our Group and abroad, and offer them development perspectives. We believe that Talentsoft gives us the flexibility to meet the requirements of our different fields while integrating with the group’s internal tools. The customisable indicators and dashboards, based on cross-functional analysis, are true perks for us.” — Ludovic Raby, Human Resources Director at D’aucy Group, a cooperative agri-food group.
“10 years after founding our in-house university, we needed a digital platform to develop new training methods. With Talentsoft Learning, we’re able to complement our training courses with shorter, more fun formats and offer greater consistency and responsiveness in the training of our employees to better support the speed of the business. The Talentsoft authoring tool (LCMS) and user interface have been key reasons for choosing a platform that is intuitive to and accessible for all employees.” — Céline Luc, Skills Development Manager at STEF, the European leader in Temperature-Controlled Logistics and Transportation.
“With Hello Talent, we have the tool we need for our recruiters and managers to better collaborate, which is essential given our recruitment volume (700 available positions in 2017 alone). The collection, organization and retrieval of information are more fluid, due to the Chrome extension and collaborative features. In one year of use, we have sourced more than 12,000 profiles (+10%) and increased the conversion rate from initial contact to interview stage by 10%.” — Matthieu Rivière, Director Recruitment and School Relations at Devoteam, a 4,000 employee leader in innovative technologies and management consulting.
