Talentsoft has achieved the highest and furthest overall position for its completeness of vision and ability to execute in the Visionary’s quadrant in the Gartner September 2018 Magic Quadrant for Talent Management Suites report.
“We believe that having the highest overall position in the Visionaries quadrant validates our ability to offer our clients leading HR technology with exceptional time-to-value,” says Jean-Stéphane Arcis, CEO of Talentsoft. “Our continued investment in product development has allowed us to shape the future of work and to receive ‘well above average’ customer satisfaction ratings. We meet the complex needs of our international clients by co-creating with them a solution that truly transforms the experience of their employees.”
The Gartner Magic Quadrant evaluates Talent Management vendors based on their ability to execute and their completeness of vision, divided into 15 factors – including innovation, market understanding, product quality and strategy, and customer experience.
Placed as a Visionary for the fifth time, Talentsoft is one of the eight vendors that meet all inclusion criteria.
Gartner identifies Visionaries as “ahead of most potential competitors in delivering innovative products and/or delivery models. They anticipate emerging/changing market needs and move the market ahead into areas that it hasn’t been yet. Visionaries have a strong potential to influence the direction of the TM suite market, but are limited in execution and/or a demonstrable track record.”
